Christmas time is always a busy fundraising time at the League of Friends and 2024 wasn't any exception. Our calendar began by preparing for our annual bazaar which we duly held on Saturday 7th December. whilst the weather was inclement, to say the least, Ilkeston folk still turned out to support the event. The attraction of Santa being with us to distribute children's presents and the quality craft stalls on display provided by members of Ilkeston's Creative Hive, alongside our volunteers, provided sufficient motivation to defy the wind and rain.
