We are delighted to fund the purchase of an ECG machine for the community nursing Frailty Team. This equipment will help to diagnose heart-related illnesses for patients in the community, care homes and house-bound patients. It will be vital in preventing unnecessary hospital admissions and outpatient appointments and will also help to prevent delays in patient treatment.
