The wounds clinic at Ilkeston Community Hospital has benefited from the purchase by the League of 2 ‘Doppler’ Machines which are delicate pieces of machinery that can diagnose optimal compression by ultrasound which quickens the healing of wounds, a vital process when assessing a patient’s treatment options.
