Would you like to make new friends and connect with your community?

Our volunteers play an essential role in not only enabling the League to maintain our services within Ilkeston Community Hospital but also supporting our ongoing and expanding community activities and events.

We are therefore looking for volunteers to help with our on-site activities by serving drinks and snacks at our 'Smileys' cafe, mind 'Ted's' shop and helping sell our donated goods and craft items. 

No retail or catering experience is needed, we provide training. The only qualifications necessary are a friendly disposition, a smile and a positive helpful approach.

By volunteering with us you will provide a valuable service to patients, staff and visitors to ICH which in turn benefits by money being donated back to the hospital to aid positive clinical outcomes and well-being.
